PRIVACY Policy

1. Collection of Personal Information
Personal information that is collected by Provitec Australia (if any) will only be collection to the extent that it is needed for the running of the business of Provitec Australia. If information is obtained from a customer or a potential customer and that information is not reasonably necessary for the running of the business conducted by Provitec Australia, such information will not be retained by Provitec Australia.
Information that may be collected by Provitec Australia will only be collected in a lawful manner and by means that are fair and reasonable.

2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
If any collected information is to be used by Provitec Australia for any other purpose than that mentioned above, it will only be done so with the consent of the customer or potential customer from whom the information was collected. If collected information is required to be used for issues relating to or concerning safety of members of the public, law enforcement or emergency situations then Provitec Australia will use the information without consent.

3. Quality of Information
Provitec Australia will use its best endeavours to ensure the accuracy of collected information and that the information is without errors and is current.

4. Security Of Information
Provitec Australia will use its best endeavours to ensure the collected information is secure and not available for access by unauthorised persons so that it is safe from misuse, loss and from unauthorised access, disclosure or modification. If collected information is deemed by Provitec Australia to be no longer required, Provitec Australia will delete and destroy such information or remove those parts of the information which identify the customer or potential customer from whom the information was secured.

5. Transparency
At the request of such a customer Provitec Australia will supply the customer with a copy of the information retained by Provitec Australia. The information may include names, addresses, contact and accounts details together with details regarding the purchase or purchase enquiry made by the customer or potential customer. Information will be collected from details supplied by customers or potential customers, from emails sent to Provitec, from information contained in on-line forms and other written correspondence or verbal communications with or supplied by customers. Other collected information may be secured from public or open sources available to Provitec Australia.

6. Access to Information and Correctness of Information Collected
The information collected by Provitec Australia is available for inspection by the customer or potential customer from whom the information was secured. Provitec Australia may not supply details of information to the customer or potential customer where the supply of the information is unlawful, impacts on the privacy of others or the request for the supply of the information is vexation or trivial.

7. Numbers, Codes and other Identifiers
Codes, numbers or references that Provitec Australia might use to uniquely identify information that may be collected with a particular customer or potential customer will be a code, number or reference that will be unique to Provitec Australia and will not be based on an identifier of any other body, association, organisation, company or entity.

8. Secrecy
If it is practical, lawful and possible to do so, customers or potential customers may elect to not have themselves identified when they enter into any business or transaction with Provitec Australia.

9. Location of Information
Information collected by Provitec Australia on customers or potential customers will not be supplied to anyone outside of Australia unless the customer consents to such supply and the person outside of Australia adheres to a similar privacy policy to the one described in Provitec Australia Privacy Policy. Information will only be transferred where there is a contractual need to do so and the person outside of Australia to who the information is supplied agrees to be bound by the conditions of this privacy policy.

10. Type of Information Collected
The information that may be collected from a customer or a potential customer by Provitec Australia ordinarily will be of a non-sensitive nature. If information of a sensitive nature is collected by Provitec Australia, such information will only be collected with the consent of the customer or potential customer, if it is required to be collected or authorised by law or the information is required for legal purposes to establish or defend a claim.
